This song thematizes the circle of life.
Everyone knows days in his/her life, where it is incredibly hard to move forward, to do the things you want to do, to achieve the goals you set for yourself or maybe to get over something. On those days you have that feeling, that the world is ending and you´ll never return to strength again.

We have to overcome these moments and need to move on, no matter how hard it might be.
A new day will rise, flowers will bloom again & your energy will return.
